Is there a difference between a stunt dummy and a Stunt Action Manikin?

These are entirely different concepts…..

[1] Mannequins or dummies are often seen in shop windows to model clothing for sale or used as lifeless props in Film production; meanwhile

[2] Our Stunt Manikins are life-sized articulated and reactional human models used to replicate actual people in TV and Film production.

Isn’t this just the best creative realism in action by our SFX Manikin & Prosthetic Designers?
