Can wigs be applied or supplied?
Our professional manikins can be supplied wig-ready or we can supply a wig if suitable.
Can make up and prosthetics be applied?
Our professional manikins are compatible with suitable alcohol-activated paints, theatrical blood and prosthetic wounds, allowing for make-up and special-effects teams to create the required on-screen appearance.
Preparation & Production Services
Once we understand the scene, we will select the most suitable manikin or combination of components. Height, body proportions, weight, head and other details can be adjusted where appropriate.
On-set support is provided: Our manikin HOD delivers and handles the manikin on set, advises on safe handling if an artist is interacting with a manikin. Re-configures and re-positions as required. Provides full Risk Assessment for Specialist Safety Equipment.
We liaise with the stunt, special effects, costume, hair and make-up departments to help ensure that the manikin is prepared and handled correctly.
